I have a broad experience of the whole curriculum across Secondary and FE: Maths, English, Science, Sociology, RE, Music, PE, Business Studies, and Modern Languages as well as the Primary market.

Educational, training and professional development

As well as a degree in French and Politics, I have a Certificate in Management from Henley Management College.

I’m also a member of Kettners, a group of educational publishers who meet informally to discuss relevant issues, frequently with the input of a guest speaker, such as Kathleen Tattersall and Sir Jim Rose.

I’m always keen to keep up-to-date with educational developments, publishing news and moves to improve the use of technology in learning so regularly attend conferences, trade fairs and training seminars.

Writing experience

As the author of an educational textbook, the AQA Extended Project Companion, to support students through their level 3 project (published by Nelson Thornes), I am a member of the Society of Authors. I have also written a number of published articles which you can find here.
